The decision to refer a Patient is made between the DFH Pty Ltd Practitioners and the Prescribing Practitioner, and no Patient data is exchanged with DFH Pty Ltd or Ananda Hemp (AH). The intent is to help connect practitioners and increase awareness of credible access pathways for medicinal cannabis assessment, should there be an indication.
DFH Pty Ltd Practitioners are providing general recommendations to their Patients based on their understanding of their health condition or on the request of the Patient. It is up to the Patient to make an informed decision to consult the Prescribing Practitioner to discuss medicinal cannabis eligibility and prescription pathways.
AH and DFH Pty Ltd have an educational partnership. The intention of this partnership is to help connect healthcare practitioners with appropriate information to support patient care. DFH Pty Ltd, as part of this collaboration, may benefit in various forms. These partnerships are intended to enhance the overall experience and services provided to patients and practitioner care offerings.
